Gen is amazingly skilled! So professional and makes you feel super relaxed and informed if you are a newbie to some of the treatments, like I was. Highly recommend waxing treatment as she only uses the best products (tried and tested) and also the silk eyelash extensions.

Gen was amazing, it was the perfect deep tissue massage. I could tell that she was working knots with a firm pressure, whilst still giving me an extremely relaxing massage at the same time... so good that I fell asleep. She done full body and it was wonderful from start to finish. I've never enjoyed a leg massage before until today, and it was actually my favorite part of the treatment. A beautiful calm room. I'm so glad I chose to try her. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you Gen!
